She has her State and National Certification and has been trained in the areas of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, pregnancy, Indian Head Massage, Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki Foot Massage, Japanese Zen Facial Massage with Aromatherapy and Acupressure, Massage Cupping, and hot stone massage. Sharon is continuing her education into different massage modalities in the profession and helping her clients in their healing process and their quality of life.
LYNN BREEDING, M.Ac., L.Ac., AcuCare, received her Masters of Acupuncture from Tai Sophia Institute in Laurel MD. Tai Sophia, founded in 1978, became the first acupuncture school in the United States accredited to award the Masters degree. AcuCare has been located in Eldersburg on Liberty road since 2006. As an acupuncturist, Lynn endeavors to partner with her patients to lead them to greater levels of wellness in their lives.
